The Limit Grill Cook 2 is responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in the kitchen preparation area according to established recipes. This role requires proficiency in knife skills and culinary techniques, as well as maintaining clean and sanitary work stations and storage areas in compliance with health regulations. The cook will also be responsible for operating and cleaning food service machinery, assisting with guest requests, and accurately completing food safety documentation.
