About The Position

Sofive is hiring a Lil' Kickers Coach to deliver youth soccer classes and help create exceptional experiences for players and families. The role focuses on coaching quality and engagement, youth development, and community engagement within globally recognized soccer programs and methodologies. The coach also manages equipment and uniform inventory, maintains a clean, welcoming, high-energy environment during sessions, and supports additional operational needs to ensure program success.

Requirements

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
