About The Position

KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for children from the walking stage through age 11, helping parents develop children’s confidence, physical ability, and readiness for the future. KidStrong Conroe is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Coach to deliver its curriculum and create engaging experiences for children and their families. Coaches teach classes, camps, movie nights, and other activities requested by center leaders; build positive relationships with families; and help maintain smooth center operations. The role includes training and Coach Certification, with opportunities to develop skills and advance.

Requirements

Passion for working with children.
Experience with children from crawling age through 11 years old.
Comfort communicating with parents and guardians.
High energy and a clear, engaging presence when leading classes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor other coaches.
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
Commanding presence and ability to speak with authority.
Strong passion for coaching.
Ability to form relationships with KidStrong families.
Fun, likable, and engaging demeanor.
Professionalism and commitment to consistent excellence.
Ability to communicate knowledge of the programming.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that develop children’s cognitive abilities, physical skills, and character.
Learn KidStrong’s curriculum and communicate its purpose to families.
Complete Coach Certification and participate in training programs to develop coaching skills.
Interact positively with families before, during, and after classes.
Ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.
Keep families engaged and connected with KidStrong.
Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other activities requested by center leaders.
Assist with community events and center initiatives.
Participate in center upkeep and maintenance.
