The Community Manager will receive general supervision from their Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM), with the potential for discretionary decision-making. The Community Manager is directly accountable for the entire site operation, supervising all TMAM staff associated with the community and ensuring their performance standards. Communication with the Owner will be through the Officers of TM Associates Management. The Community Manager must comply with established policies and procedures and seek approval for any actions contrary to these guidelines.
