Lighting Installation Crew Leader
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Lighting Installation Crew Leader to lead residential/commercial lighting installations throughout the year. This is a hands-on leadership position, not an entry-level installer role. We're looking for someone who can lead a crew in the field while actively participating in installations, including working on roofs, ladders, and other elevated areas. Previous lighting installation experience is preferred, but candidates with strong backgrounds in roofing, exterior construction, gutter installation, solar installation, tree work, or other trades involving regular work at heights are encouraged to apply. Above all, we're looking for someone who can lead a crew, work safely, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience with lighting installation, roofing, exterior construction, or another trade involving regular work at heights
- Previous crew leader, foreman, or jobsite leadership experience
- Comfortable and confident working on residential roofs
- Strong ladder safety experience
- Experience properly using harnesses and fall-protection equipment
- Ability to safely lead others working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions in the field
- Dependable and able to work efficiently during a busy seasonal schedule
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to reliably commute to Schwenksville, PA

Responsibilities
- Lead a crew completing residential/commercial lighting installations
- Install lighting on rooflines, homes, trees, landscaping, and other exterior areas
- Safely work on roofs, ladders, and elevated positions
- Properly use harnesses, fall protection, and other required safety equipment
- Assign daily responsibilities and provide direction to crew members
- Ensure crew members follow established safety procedures
- Review project requirements and determine the best approach for each installation
- Keep installations organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Inspect completed work for appearance, accuracy, and quality
- Troubleshoot installation and lighting issues in the field
- Maintain an organized and professional jobsite
- Properly handle and maintain installation equipment and materials
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Maintain productivity during a fast-paced seasonal schedule
