About The Position

Security Works is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Crew Leader/Foreman who is ready to advance their career. This role requires a strong understanding of fence installation, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to effectively lead a crew and manage job progress. As a Crew Leader/Foreman, you will be responsible for the jobsite, guiding and developing your team, liaising with customers and project managers, and ensuring all installations are completed safely, professionally, and to the company's high standards. This position is for individuals who seek responsibility, take pride in their work, and wish to be part of a team that values experience and leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of fence installation experience.
Strong knowledge of fence installation methods, tools, materials, and jobsite practices.
Ability and willingness to lead, supervise, and develop a field crew.
Strong commitment to workplace and jobsite safety.
Ability to perform physical work throughout the day and lift up to approximately 80 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and Project Managers.
Pride in maintaining a professional appearance and representing Security Works well in the field.
Ability to complete required job documentation accurately and on time.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside the fence installation crew at jobsites.
Direct daily field activities and maintain crew productivity and organization.
Ensure all work is performed safely and jobsites are properly maintained.
Deliver high-quality installations that meet company and customer expectations.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to crew members.
Communicate professionally with customers while on site.
Keep the Project Manager informed of job progress, schedule changes, challenges, and field conditions.
Identify potential problems and communicate them promptly for resolution.
Complete accurate daily job paperwork and project documentation.
Maintain accountability for company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials.
