This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, completing required documentation under FDA and cGMP specifications, and performing routine cleaning and sanitizations of controlled environment areas. The technician will manage in-process checks for the release of regulated FDA product and maintain housekeeping to ensure areas are clean, hazard-free, and audit-ready. A key aspect of the role is operating in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all applicable Safety and Quality SOPs, and being able to gown and work in a cleanroom environment. Accurate and legible record-keeping is essential. The technician will monitor and troubleshoot equipment, making recommendations to Process Engineers, Automation, Leadership, or Management to improve safety, quality, and production. They will identify operating issues, suggest changes for efficient operations, and operate various pharmaceutical-grade equipment. The position requires a team-oriented approach, with a willingness to participate in team activities, take on leadership roles, and engage in constructive coaching.
