About The Position
As a Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2, you’ll play an important role in our production team by setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery. You will monitor production runs and adjust machines as needed, perform quality checks to ensure top product standards, and monitor film temperature and machine performance. This role requires following and promoting all safety policies and procedures, and supporting the team with other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
- Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical experience
