About The Position
Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machinery and equipment for production runs, and clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery to ensure optimum operation. Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed. The role may include coordinating crew assignments and training new team members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of standard equipment setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics.
- Skill in performing standard adjustments and operating equipment.
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic equipment adjustments according to job requirements and the equipment’s operating characteristics and capabilities.
