We are seeking a motivated Light Commercial and Residential Sales Representative to join our team, ideal for individuals who excel at relationship building, identifying client needs, and driving growth.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B or HVAC sales experience (light commercial sales preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and commercial applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, property managers, and business owners.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities for light commercial HVAC projects (under 25 tons).
  • Represent Westerly Air's service and installation solutions with professionalism and confidence.
  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and prepare proposals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients find cost-effective and reliable HVAC solutions.
