About The Position
Terry's Electric Inc. is hiring an Experienced Commercial Electrician to join their full-time team in Kissimmee, FL. This role is crucial for completing exceptional installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial electrical systems. The electrician will follow safety procedures, local codes, and industry regulations while running conduit, pulling wire, and performing terminations. A key part of the job involves reviewing blueprints and diagrams to develop effective action plans before installing new equipment. Additionally, the role includes maintaining tools, providing mentorship to apprentices, and ensuring quality work is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Requirements
- Proven commercial electrician experience.
- Knowledge of NEC standards and commercial electrical practices.
- Ability to bend conduit and operate trade tools (hand benders, drills, threaders, wire pullers, etc.).
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to independently carry ladders and climb up to 12 ft.
- Ability to provide personal hand tools (as outlined in company policy).
- Ability to serve clients throughout central Florida.
