About The Position

This role is for a Lift Truck (Forklift) Operator at our Menomonie, WI Plant. The position involves transporting unfinished and finished product throughout the plant, supplying production lines with raw materials, and emptying scrap tubs of metal waste. The operator will also assist in taking inventory and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and maintaining forklifts. The company is a global Fortune 500 packaging company and a leading supplier of sustainable metal and plastic packaging solutions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
A minimum of six months of forklift driving experience
Pass the certification test
Experience in a manufacturing facility

Responsibilities

Transport unfinished and finished product throughout the plant
Supply production lines with raw materials
Empty scrap tubs of metal waste
Assist in taking inventory and prepare orders for shipment as needed
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain forklifts

Starting Pay: $25.78 per hour plus shift differential, with overtime available as needed.
