Lift Repair Engineer
About The Position
This is an opportunity to join Stannah, a globally recognised, family-run business at the forefront of the lift industry. We’re looking for a talented Repair Engineer to cover South west and South Wales. The role involves carrying out minor refurbishment works across a diverse range of passenger lifts, vertical access lifts, and moving walkways from multiple manufacturers. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality repair and refurbishment services while supporting business objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery standards are met. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction across a varied portfolio of equipment, making every day both challenging and rewarding. The role reports into the Bristol Service Branch, where you’ll be part of a supportive and well-established team. You'll be joining a business that combines strong family values with global reach, where your skills are valued and your career can grow.
Requirements
- An NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer and minor repairs.
- A valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out minor repairs on a wide range of lifts across our portfolio.
- Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
- Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
- Support the training of apprentices and trainee engineers, using your experience to bring through the next generation of engineers.
