This role is for an experienced Lift Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, career development, and the opportunity to deliver high-profile installation projects. The Project Manager will take ownership of new lift installation projects from concept to completion, working closely with customers, contractors, and installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of new installation projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments, covering projects across the South of England. The position offers a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings. Requirements

NVQ3 Installing Lifts
Project Management qualification
Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards

Responsibilities

Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
