About The Position
The Lift Partner position at PIH Health involves working collaboratively with patient care staff to assist patients with lifting, turning, transferring, and repositioning. This role also includes teaching and training functions, performing limited clerical duties, and maintaining equipment, along with other directed activities. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley regions. Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with patient care staff to lift, turn, transfer, and reposition patients requiring assistance
- Provide teaching and training functions
- Perform limited clerical duties
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Perform other activities as directed
