About The Position

We’re looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Cambridge and surrounding areas. You’ll be looking after your own patch — servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it. The role involves carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance, attending breakdowns and callouts, fault finding and getting lifts back up and running, keeping sites safe and compliant, and completing site logs and basic paperwork.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance
  • Attending breakdowns and callouts
  • Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running
  • Keeping sites safe and compliant
  • Completing site logs and basic paperwork
