The mission of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is to welcome all to celebrate the American spirit in a setting that unites the power of art with the beauty of nature. Founded by philanthropist and arts patron Alice Walton, Crystal Bridges is a public non-profit charitable organization. Applicants must be registered with and actively participate in Lifestyles Inc, a long-standing Fayetteville Arkansas organization that provides adults with developmental disabilities access to independent living support, day programs, employment services, continuing education, and inclusive community experiences. The Lifestyles Internship offers immersive learning experience that supports intern engagement, visitor experience, and cross team collaboration at Crystal Bridges and the Momentary. The intern will report to the Internship Program and Engagement Manager, Chelta Wray, and will collaborate with staff across multiple departments to help coordinate experiences that are welcoming, organized, and aligned with museum standards. This role builds professional skills through real world projects and day-to-day tasks that contribute to a positive experience for guests, interns, and team members.
