About The Position
WSBT has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Lifestyle Production Assistant for our Home Town Living Show!
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry between 25 and 50 pounds on a regular basis
Nice To Haves
- Education and/or internship in television or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Write stories for daily shows and digital platforms
- Conduct research on stories
- Gather, write, edit and deliver Lifestyle content
- Edit video news/web stories for all platforms
- Operate Deko, Audio, or Camera for our (Morning, Evening, Weekend) Newscast
- Prep for newscasts including but not limited to: Guest Services, Prepare all fonts to air during a newscast, Studio and set preparation, Maintaining studio, Lighting, Tape Editing for newscasts
- Other duties as assigned
