As a Concierge at Ten Group, you will curate everything from intimate dinners at exclusive chef’s tables to securing reservations at world-renowned Michelin-star establishments. Your role is not just about booking tables; it’s about crafting unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

  • An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple reservations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport with members and suppliers alike.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation platforms such as OpenTable.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reservation requests for both domestic and international ensuring each request is handled with precision and flair.
  • Engage with members via phone and email, providing personalized suggestions tailored to their tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.
  • Stay informed about current trends and offerings to provide members with the best recommendations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure every member's needs are met comprehensively.
