About The Position

The Lifestyle Enrichment Assistant develops, organizes, and implements programming for residents at Capri Communities. The role tailors daily activities to residents’ interests and needs through the company’s Enjoy Life program. This is a full-time position with a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The assistant must be willing and able to drive a small passenger bus when needed and have a normal, valid driver’s license. Starting wage is $18–$19.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of Lifestyle Enrichment programming according to care plan practices and resident needs.
• Lead, participate in, or attend Lifestyle Enrichment functions.
• Provide indirect supervision of volunteers assisting with programming.
• Develop and maintain rapport with residents and staff involved in resident care to support a team approach to a comprehensive plan of care.
• Routinely meet with the Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist or Property Manager and provide feedback about programming.
• Drive the community bus when needed.
