About The Position

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for providing programs and events suitable and engaging for all residents. This role involves designing, promoting, and executing activities tailored to the community's diverse age groups and needs, while managing budgets, vendors, and staff. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and continuous improvement of events.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field requiring similar event, customer service skills, and other responsibilities.
Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Social Media Outlets.
Current Driver’s License.
Strong community engagement.

Nice To Haves

College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design ongoing activities and programs tailored to the community’s wide range of ages and needs by surveying the community.
Promote and drive interest in programs using various methods such as newsletters, websites, social media, email blasts, and word of mouth.
Secure vendors and staff for events.
Execute events in coordination with onsite management, maintenance techs, and other providers.
Debrief with all personnel after events to improve and grow future events.
Operate with a constant mindset of serving the residents with excellence.
Express clear and concise written and verbal communication with district staff, residents, Vesta management, staff, and vendors.
Maintain order and manage special events budgets, coordinate vendors, and staff.
Lead staff and vendors to a common goal.
