About The Position

Become one of the authors of our story. The Overnight Lifestyle Assistant (Front Desk Agent) is committed to delivering five-star service to residents. The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for greeting residents, fulfilling their requests, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience in a luxury setting
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
  • The front desk will be staffed to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore all applicants must be flexible and willing to work AM, MID and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in English with co-workers and management.
  • Directly participate in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, luxury hotel-style residential operation.
  • Answer telephone calls, taking and deliver messages as needed.
  • Work in conjunction with all Lifestyle Team partners including valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach attendants.
  • Be empowered to make decisions that directly affect the resident’s experience in a memorable and soulful fashion.
  • After training, must display a working knowledge of emergency procedures so that talent and resident safety will be insured.
  • Utilize the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.
  • Maintain confidentiality of internal and external resident information.
  • Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedures relating to the residential reception and concierge operations.
