Access Management is seeking a positive, energetic, and highly organized Lifestyle & Events Coordinator for the TerraWalk Homeowners Association. This role is for a true community connector and integrator. Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations and BEO processes.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and comfort speaking in front of groups or energizing a crowd.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who naturally builds trust and works effectively across residents, departments, and developer representatives.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate a full calendar of engaging events and programs including concerts, movie nights, fitness and wellness activities, special interest groups, and social gatherings that build community bonds and bring joy to everyday living.
  • Partner closely with The Porch Bar & Grille team to manage buffet setups, prepare professional Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinate menus, and ensure events operate within budget while delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences by thoughtfully utilizing the community’s premier amenities, including the heated resort-style saltwater pool with lap lanes and spa, event lawn, state-of-the-art fitness center with movement studio and spin room, grand clubhouse with flex room and seating areas, indoor/outdoor restaurant, golf simulator, fire pit, dog park, and sports courts (pickleball, tennis, and bocce).
  • Serve as the warm, enthusiastic community connector at events, building genuine relationships, welcoming residents, and creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels seen, valued, and excited to belong.
  • Act as a unifying force, aligning residents, the Social Committee, internal teams, and the developer around a single shared vision for the community while proactively cultivating ambassadors who champion TerraWalk.
  • Gather resident feedback and address concerns promptly, working collaboratively with all departments to resolve issues constructively, transform challenges into opportunities, and continuously improve the community experience.
  • Partner with the resident Social Committee to understand their vision and successfully execute programs that align with TerraWalk’s broader lifestyle goals and long-term vision.
