Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field preferred; Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of social services experience required.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead diverse teams, inspire staff, and drive high-quality service delivery.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of effectively managing priorities, overseeing multiple responsibilities, and ensuring timely follow-through.
Experience developing, mentoring, and managing staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
Valid New Jersey Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle when an agency vehicle is not available.
Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills with proven success leading with vision, managing diverse teams, and having a record of intensity in delivering services is required.
Valid NJ Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in field of social work, psychology or other directly related human services field with experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of 5 Specialists who service three counties
Responsible for hiring staff, and performance management of Specialists, offers opportunities for professional development and training.
Conducts weekly case review and facilitation of the group supervision process
Oversees service plan development and ensures case progress.
