Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field preferred; Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of social services experience required.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead diverse teams, inspire staff, and drive high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of effectively managing priorities, overseeing multiple responsibilities, and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Experience developing, mentoring, and managing staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle when an agency vehicle is not available.
  • Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills with proven success leading with vision, managing diverse teams, and having a record of intensity in delivering services is required.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in field of social work, psychology or other directly related human services field with experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team of 5 Specialists who service three counties
  • Responsible for hiring staff, and performance management of Specialists, offers opportunities for professional development and training.
  • Conducts weekly case review and facilitation of the group supervision process
  • Oversees service plan development and ensures case progress.
