About The Position
The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic community member to help ensure the safety of patrons at its pool. Certified lifeguards are welcome, as are swimmers interested in becoming lifeguards; the YMCA will provide certification if the candidate qualifies. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $15–$17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
- Be a certified lifeguard, or be a swimmer interested in becoming a lifeguard and qualify for YMCA-provided certification.
- Have morning and daytime availability between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
