About The Position

Guards and maintains a safe environment in the pool area and locker rooms.
Performs lifesaving, CPR, or first aid skills when needed and maintains current certifications.
Performs daily chemical checks, cleaning and maintenance of pool area as scheduled. (including putting away equipment and delivery of laundry to locker and fitness rooms)
Maintains required pool records.
Assists any pool members requiring any help entering or exiting the pool/spa.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR Certification (American Red Cross or YMCA USA)
• First Aid training required or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Pool Operator Certification preferred
