About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to work during the months of mid-April through the end of September.
- Able to work outdoors at our SwimRVA North location.
- Comfortable in the sun.
- Zest for summer activities.
Nice To Haves
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
- Willing to obtain certification through the SwimRVA Safety School.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the water to ensure patron safety.
- Leading fun activities for guests.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness.
- Assisting with the setup and load out of world-class events.
