About The Position
The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking a part-time lifeguard to ensure the safety of patrons at our pool. We are looking for certified lifeguards or strong swimmers interested in becoming lifeguards, and we will provide certification for qualified candidates. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Must have current CPR, AED, First Aid certification.
- Must have current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification.
- Basic swim requirements must be met if not already certified.
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred.
