About The Position
The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool. We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards. The pay range for this position is $15-$16 based on experience & qualifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Current CPR certification
- Current AED certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification
- Meet basic swim requirements if not already certified
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- The qualified lifeguard will be responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
