About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a full-time Lifeguard for Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort at $17 per hour, plus benefits. The Lifeguard’s primary responsibility is the safety of resort owners and guests. This position serves as the first responder to incidents in the pool area and may be required to provide medical attention or conduct a water rescue. The role also supports resort activities and events in the pool area.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid and Water Safety certification, or the ability to become certified.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Nice To Haves
- Current Deep Water Lifeguard Certification.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool and surrounding areas.
- Ensure that the pool area is safe and secure at all times.
- Communicate pool-area safety rules to guests.
- Provide medical attention and conduct water rescues when necessary.
- Assist with resort activities and events in the pool area.
