About The Position
We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA. This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture! The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members. As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation. We teach children ages 4 months to adults.
Requirements
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate
- Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly
- Currently certified (Red Cross)
- Fun

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe pool environment
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Communicate effectively with all staff and members
- Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
- Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
- Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
- Facilitate the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water.
