About The Position
The Northside Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool! We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards (we will certify you if you qualify)! Looking for morning and afternoon availability. The pay range for this position is $15-$16 per hour based on experience & qualifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Have current CPR, AED, First Aid certification
- Have current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification
- Meet basic swim requirements if not already certified
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
