About The Position
The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool. We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards. The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Must have current CPR, AED, First Aid certification.
- Must have current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification.
- Basic swim requirements (if not already certified, training will be provided).
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
