About The Position
Greensboro Country Club is looking for certified Lifeguards to join our Aquatics Team through the end of September. This is a seasonal employment opportunity perfect for those returning to school with a flexible schedule, taking a gap semester, or looking to earn extra income before the season ends. Requirements
- Current Lifeguard Certification
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the pool.
- Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming area.
- Enforce pool rules in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining a clean pool environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests.
