About The Position
The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is seeking part-time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool! We are looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards. The qualified lifeguard will be responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Have current CPR, AED, First Aid certification
- Have current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification
- Basic swim requirements (if not already certified)
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
