About The Position

This advertisement is specifically for J-1 visa applicants only. The Lifeguard position is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of waterslides and water features by maintaining constant focus on the slide area, guests, and fellow lifeguards. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Lifeguards will enforce and communicate all safety rules and regulations, test and complete daily safety paperwork, and assist guests on the water slides and features as needed. The position also involves providing excellent guest service according to company standards, upholding company values and procedures, and working to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment. A key responsibility is to recognize and respond quickly and effectively in emergencies according to the Emergency Action Plan (EAP). Additionally, lifeguards will assist with the overall cleanliness of the waterpark.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of waterslides and water features by maintaining focus on the slide area, guests, and fellow lifeguards at all times.
• Enforce and verbally communicate all safety rules and regulations of the water slides and features.
• Test and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Assist guests on the water slides and water features as necessary.
• Provide Guest Service according to company standards.
• Uphold and deliver all company and department values, policies, and procedures.
• Work to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment.
• Recognize and respond quickly and effectively in emergencies according to the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
• Assist with the cleanliness of the waterpark.
