About The Position

Yellowstone Club's Housekeeping department is currently seeking candidates for a Housekeeping Driver for the Winter 2026-2027 season. The purpose of the Housekeeper Driver is to make sure that all assigned staff are safely transported to their assigned areas as well as assist in making sure that homes and areas are clean, neat, and tidy.

Requirements

  • 3 months of experience as a housekeeper
  • Valid State of International Driver’s License
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each member and guest receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, thorough product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to teammates and guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact Direct Supervisor, Vice President of Residential Services, General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Follow all driver safety precautions including; wearing safety belts at all times, observing and maintaining speed limits, ensuring occupants are wearing safety belts and never attempting to put self or others at risk at any time.
  • Ensure vehicle is prepared to be driven by checking exterior and interior for any issues, report any previous or new vehicle or building damage immediately to direct supervisor.
  • Participate in department’s shuttle program by driving to and from employee housing, the Club and other designated stops as noted in the driver’s transportation information.
  • Support housekeepers in cleaning and maintaining luxury homes, lodges and restaurants and recreation areas.
  • Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms and homes and maintain privacy of Members at all times.
  • Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling.
