Requirements
- Strong attention to safety and responsibility
- Confident decision-making in emergency situations
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable working with members and families
Responsibilities
- Supervise pool activity and ensure all safety guidelines are followed
- Enforce pool rules and address unsafe behavior
- Respond quickly to emergencies and rescue swimmers if needed
- Provide First Aid and administer CPR when necessary
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool area
- Report directly to the Aquatics Director
