About The Position
The Lifeguard position is responsible for greeting pool users, pool maintenance, safety and enforcement of pool rules. Must provide written and verbal notification to management of any equipment problems, pool repair needs or safety concerns while removing potential hazards immediately. Must have a pleasing personality to communicate well with members, guests of all ages. Responsible for safety and compliance during special events in aquatics area such as children’s birthday pool parties.
Requirements
- Must maintain current Red Cross and CPR Certifications
