Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification preferred or willing to obtain through the SwimRVA Safety School.
A positive attitude and work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
Ability to maintain focus in a bustling environment.
