This role requires strong attention to safety, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Lifeguards play a critical role in enforcing pool rules, maintaining water safety standards, and creating an environment where families feel confident and cared for while serving as visible representatives of Diventures' commitment to safety, professionalism, and fun.
