About The Position

The Lifeguard ensures the safety of waterpark guest by preventing and responding to emergencies. As a Lifeguard, you will: Ensure the safety of guests by maintaining constant surveillance; scanning, and monitoring of guests for the assigned pool or water park area Renders emergency care and contacts emergency medical services as necessary Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility Prepares and maintains activity reports Attends scheduled in-service training and follow all established safety procedures Assists team members with other duties as required To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

Lifeguard Trained and Certified (or willing to be trained)
First Aid and CPR Trained and Certified (or will to be trained)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak English effectively
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and lift and/or move up to/over 100 pounds with assistance
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
