About The Position

Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona, that creates, implements, and manages lifeguard programs for various swimming pool owners, including resorts, country clubs, and homeowners associations. This position is for a Lifeguard at the Red Rock Village Community Association pool in Red Rock, AZ. The role primarily involves actively monitoring the pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. No prior lifeguard experience is required as all necessary training and certifications are provided by Euvori. The starting pay is $17.00 with quarterly raises. Employees have flexibility to pick up shifts or transfer to other locations for year-round work opportunities. The Red Rock location operates from late May to early September, with typical shifts being 6 hours long, and part-time positions available. Ideal availability is afternoons/evenings on Wednesdays through Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning
  • Performing proactive interventions, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules and jumping in to assist struggling swimmers
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area
  • Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
  • Providing excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns
