About The Position
The Meyers Lake YMCA is seeking qualified Lifeguards to oversee the safety of all swimmers and individuals in the aquatic area. This role requires vigilance and readiness to respond to emergencies at all times during the shift.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of age.
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification.
- Willingness to be trained if not currently certified.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area.
- Attend mandatory in-service trainings.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Be rescue ready at all times during shift.
