The role involves ensuring the safety and satisfaction of water park guests, assisting with guest service, aquatic programs, and pool operation, as well as general shift supervision and related duties. Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
Friendly and approachable with great customer service attitude
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and satisfaction of water park guests
Assist with guest service, aquatic programs, and pool operation
Assist with general shift supervision and related duties as assigned
Provide a positive atmosphere
Attend to guests needs and requests
All other duties as assigned
