As a YMCA Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, you'll teach essential lifesaving skills, mentor future lifeguards, and help create safer communities through high-quality instruction. Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Arrive prepared, professional, and on time
- Maintain a safe, positive, and organized learning environment
- Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and YMCA staff
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Submit required course records and documentation on time

Responsibilities
