About The Position

As we continue to grow, Wise is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to own and elevate our Americas customer lifecycle strategy. This role involves holding the vision for how Wise communicates with customers in the Americas, bridging the gap between high-level CRM strategy and tactical execution to ensure customers receive the right message, at the right time, through the right channel. The position also involves fostering a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and continuous learning to help the team grow their careers at Wise. The Senior Manager will define the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for customers in North America, building sophisticated, automated journeys to drive activation, cross-sell, and retention. They will be responsible for key CRM metrics, including improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value, using data to demonstrate the value of their and their team's work. Additionally, the role requires being the primary voice for Americas CRM across the company, partnering deeply with NorthAm Product Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Leads, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure communications align with product roadmaps and customer needs.
