As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will develop and manage communication strategies for different client lifecycle stages, building long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive communication journeys for both prospect and existing clients using various channels. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager collaborates with the cross-functional teams to build client segments, develop pre-screen and trigger strategies, expand communication efforts to non-Rocket clients through strategic third-party contact lists and to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging. This role is based in Detroit, Michigan, with a hybrid work schedule.
