About The Position

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work in combination with Marketing, to create, deliver, track, optimize, and automate email and sms marketing campaigns, as well as recurring and transactional emails.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in related field of study
  • Between 3-5 years of experience
  • HTML and CSS coding experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills a must
  • Worked closely with an email program tracking email schedules and success metrics
  • Superior project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts
  • Resourceful and solution oriented
  • Team player
  • Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Adept at crisis management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an agency and/or corporate marketing environment preferred
  • Email and sms experience preferred
  • Experience with Listrak and Attentive preferred
  • Retail experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to own end to end strategy and process for email/sms calendar, development, and deployment
  • Provide reporting and analysis on email/sms campaigns
  • Perform A/B tests and provide test data results
  • Partner with multiple agencies to ensure creative, data and link files are delivered and on track for deployment
  • QA all emails/sms for creative, link and data accuracy
  • Develop strong understanding and capabilities to improve email program
  • Develop project plan and test schedule for both campaign and trigger emails
  • Manage the master email/sms distribution schedule
  • Develop segmentation strategy
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
  • Utilize tools and automation to streamline data hygiene processes.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify the integrity of email data and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data hygiene and email list management.
