About The Position

Revelations Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a lifecycle or CRM marketer with strong email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and retention experience. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own email and SMS strategy, build campaigns and flows, manage segmentation, improve deliverability, run testing, and report on lifecycle performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
• Strong email marketing experience
• Experience driving revenue, retention, and customer LTV
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong copy sensibility
• Basic HTML for email edits
• Mobile-first design and UX awareness
• Knowledge of email and SMS compliance
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• SMS experience in e-commerce
• Klaviyo or Braze experience
• Google Analytics experience
• Clean beauty, skincare, wellness, or supplements experience
• Quiz funnel experience
• UGC or influencer content experience
